 More Details

Participants will learn how to utilize adult learning theory to design professional learning that will enhance adult learning. By learning more about “how” adults learn, not only will the individual’s knowledge improve, but ultimately the performance of the entire organization will improve. Learning about adult learning theory is essential to effective instructional coaches. Anyone who is “teaching” adults—administrators, instructional coaches, lead teachers, etc will benefit from participation in this course. (one day per 9 weeks)
