Course Description More Details
Improving an educator’s practice is the primary goal of an effective evaluation system and meaningful feedback is essential to the process. Countless education and industry studies have established that improvement relies significantly on receiving meaningful feedback. Basically, feedback is information about how we are doing in our efforts to reach educational goals. In this session school and district leaders will study and practice the use of effective feedback as part of meaningful formative assessments in the Teacher Keys Effectiveness System (TKES).
