PBIS Tier II training is for currently implementing teams with emerging or operational status. Pioneer RESA School Climate Specialists and the District Coordinator coordinate the training process. Readiness activities will precede training with support and coaching throughout the process. During the Tier II training, the PBIS Tier II team will focus on targeted intervention based on school wide data. Tier II training will address identification of students for Tier II support, screening process, applied behavior analysis, evidence based interventions, monitoring student progress, response to intervention/decision points, and planning for staff professional development.
