Virtual and Face-to-Face: This one-day workshop is based on the book: Emotional Poverty in All Demographics: How to Reduce Anger, Anxiety, and Violence in the Classroom by Dr. Ruby Payne. Participants will gain an understanding of the origins of anger, anxiety, and avoidance with strategies to reduce these behaviors and motivate acceptable behaviors.  A language to talk about brain regulation, integration, emotional competence, along with the differences in male and female emotional processing will be discussed. All attendees will receive a copy of Payne’s book – Emotional Poverty.
