Description: This consortium will address relevant issues in transition for students with disabilities including training, resources, state and local concerns related to Indicators #13 (transition) and #14 (higher education/postsecondary). Topics will include: • Identification of teacher and leader issues that impact the development and implementation of the transition plans for students with disabilities • Sharing information and resources relating to transition plans for students with disabilities such as assessment, community living, and transportation • Providing special educators a conduit for the rollout of the Bridge Law Intended Audiences: Middle School and High School Special Education Teachers, Lead Teachers, and Administrators
