1) Download the required loader 'ixed.8.2ts.win' from the SourceGuardian site: http://www.sourceguardian.com/loaders/download.php?php_v=8.2.18&php_ts=1&php_is=8&os_s=Windows+NT&os_r=6.2&os_m=AMD64
2) Install the loader to ext
3) Edit C:\PHP\PHP8218\php.ini and add 'extension=ixed.8.2ts.win' directive
