*Participants should be first year special education teachers.*
This program provides professional learning and coaching as well as opportunities to practice new skills in a mixed-reality simulation classroom. Topics include establishing a learning environment, explicit instruction, IEP content, leading an IEP meeting, teaching social behavior, providing feedback, and student engagement.
