The GaLAPP Essentials Course is designed specifically for candidates enrolled in GaLAPP.
This course lays the groundwork for effective leadership, equipping candidates with a robust understanding of crucial concepts such as Ethical Decision Making in Leadership, School Law, Organizational and Instructional Leadership, and more.
A vital part of the course is the Crucial Conversations training, which is mandatory unless previously completed. Candidates who have already completed this training must provide a certificate from a certified trainer to be exempt.
Those who have not yet completed Crucial Conversations must register separately for this portion of the GaLAPP Essentials Course.

*Candidates can exempt July 17th and 18th with a Crucial Conversations Certificate issued by a certified trainer.
