Course Description More Details
This session will provide current school-level administrators and system hearing officers with initial training on issues and concerns in preparing for and holding effective and legally defensible tribunal hearings. This training and subsequent assigned activities meet the basic training requirements for tribunal panel members. Participants will have a homework assignment to complete before being included in the statewide database of trained hearing officer/panel members.
