The Literacy Leaders Institute is a professional development course designed for educators, administrators, and instructional/literacy coaches dedicated to enhancing literacy instruction and outcomes across their schools and districts. This comprehensive course builds leadership capacity in literacy education through the exploration of evidence-based practices, data-driven decision-making, and strategies for fostering a culture of literacy that supports all learners.
Participants will delve into coaching models and effective feedback strategies, learning how to mentor and guide colleagues in implementing best practices in literacy instruction.
