FACE to FACE
Regional meeting of special education teachers, parent mentors, and district leaders who support families and students with disabilities to facilitate the transition from high school to postsecondary education or employment. The group will discuss common concerns and issues, share ideas and resources, disseminate news from local, state, and federal resources, and engage in collaborative professional development.
