In this course, participants will learn about persuasive and effective strategies for difficult parent conferences. This 7-step interview will move parents toward becoming committed participants in the solution. Participants will receive instructions and an enrollment code via email to begin this self-paced course.
Students will have 15 weeks to complete the course after the initial log-in.
