GaLEADS Overview
Face to Face
Join this engaging session facilitated by the GaDOE to receive a hands-on overview of the new Georgia Leader and Educator Acceleration and Development System (GaLEADS) for Teachers and Leaders. GaLEADS is the new teacher and leader development system that is currently being piloted by 17 districts in Georgia. Participants will understand why GaLEADS exists and the theory of action that drives decisions. They will gain foundational insight into key GaLEADS elements and recognize that GaLEADS is a shift from evaluation to development using a coaching model for both teachers and leaders.
