FACE to FACE
This two-day professional development training equips educators with the knowledge and tools to effectively implement the REWARDS Reading Program—a powerful, research-validated intervention designed specifically for students in grades 4–12 who struggle with reading long, multisyllabic words and comprehending content-area texts.
Participants will learn how to deliver explicit, teacher-led lessons that build foundational decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension skills. Through hands-on practice, collaborative planning, and guided lesson walkthroughs, educators will develop confidence in delivering this structured intervention with fidelity.
